She founded consultancy Third Avenue Ventures in 2019 to help executive teams and boards as they navigate change and growth. A native of San Francisco, Juliana is deeply committed to helping nonprofit institutions fulfill their missions and deliver results for their communities, staff and donors.
Most recently, Juliana was the Chief Strategy Officer at St. Anthony’s Foundation in the Tenderloin, where she was a swiss army tool on the executive team, overseeing various functions during her tenure including budgeting, strategic planning, development and volunteer services.
